Office of Alumni Relations
Andrea Latchem, Assistant Vice President of Alumni Relations
Andrea holds the overall responsibility for strategic planning related to the Office of Alumni Relations and directs its implementation. She serves as a liaison with the offices of Development, Publications, and Public Relations. Andrea works with the academic deans to ensure the appropriateness of educational programming presented to alumni and to strengthen the connection of alumni through activities sponsored by the academic specialty clubs as well as the schools and colleges.

Tim Mahar '95, G '05, Executive Director for Off Campus Programs
Tim's primary responsibilities include working with staff and volunteers to provide opportunities for alumni to become engaged with the University through the powerful medium of the arts. His goal will be to showcase the breadth and diversity of SU's vast arts resources and programs and to help ensure that alumni clubs have the opportunity to offer well-balanced programming.

Ellen King, Executive Director for On Campus Programs
Ellen will direct the broad-based on-campus programming that will engage and involve students and alumni, including young alumni, and encourage their life-long participation in and commitment to the University and its programs.

Elaine Cardone, Associate Director
Elaine works closely with Ellen King to increase on-campus initiatives and events. Additionally she oversees Homecoming weekend, and also works with several student organizations, such as the Traditions Commission.

Tina Casella, ‘94, G'04 Associate Director
Tina directs the alumni travel program which markets 20-25 educationally oriented trips annually. She also handles international alumni relations. In addition Tina coordinates the alumni presence known as Orange Friendzys at home and away sporting events including football, basketball and lacrosse tournament games.

Scott Setek, '90, G'92, Associate Director
Scott supervises over 47 regional alumni clubs as well as the special interest clubs. Additionally, Scott is responsible for coordinating regional alumni events with the Office of Development.

Joe Bodden, Coordinator- Electronic Communications and Technology
Joe oversees the Alumni Relations' website and online services, including the Alumni Online Community. He also facilitates all broadcast communications and web and graphic design for the office and alumni clubs.

Pauline Saraceni, Assistant to the VP and Coordinator for Marketing and Alumni Benefits
Pauline oversees all aspects of assisting the VP and overseeing the day to day operation of the office. She also supports the SUAA Board of Directors, coordinates the marketing and benefit programs for alumni.

Sherry Hayes, Administrative Specialist
Sherry is the assistant to Tim Mahar and Scott Setek. She assists in the planning and implementation of off-campus alumni events, including club activities, and is the liaison to the alumni clubs.

Theresa Mychajlonka, Administrative Specialist
Theresa assists Tina Casella with tours, athletic events, and international alumni relations. Her responsibilities include supervising the travel insurance program and overseeing all aspects of the sporting events.

Cristina Swift, Assistant Director
Cristina assists Ellen King and Elaine Cardone with on campus events including Homecoming. Her responsibilities also include special reunions, Spring Reception, Opening Day and Commencement events and other events that engage students and alumni. .

Monique Frost, Administrative Specialist
Monique is the office receptionist and assists Joe Bodden with online communications. Additionally she works on special events and projects for the office. Monique is also the editor of classnotes, both for the magazine and online.
