Donate and Make a Difference this National Orange Day
Join Alumni Relations, The Mary Ann Shaw Center for Public and Community Service and the Traditions Commission as they work together with Partners in Learning, a local non-profit , to collect needed supplies for the Westside Learning Center and MANOS Dual Language Early Childhood Program.
Supplies range from children's arts supplies, such as crayons, pencils, markers, scissors, construction paper, paint to winter coats, hats, gloves to copier paper, pens, notebooks, digital cameras, and tables. Click here to view a complete donation list.

University Bookstore will offer discounts all day long at all their locations!
Other Events taking place on campus
Cake Cutting on South Campus in the Goldstein Student Center, 5 to 7 p.m. Dining area.
Tennity Ice Skating Pavilion will have free skate rental all day
The famous Crouse Chimes will ring out SU songs at 1 p.m.
SCOPE sponsored event from 9 to 11 p.m. in the dining area. "Orange themed" refreshments along with DDR and Guitar Hero.
National Orange Day Press Release
Syracuse University Alumni Clubs across the nation are reaching out in their local communities. Scheduled community service projects include:
Rochester -- Alumni will help sort wine bottles at Camp Good Days and Special Times in preparation for the organization's major fundraiser.
Greater Boston -- Alumni will collect canned food donations and volunteer at the Greater Boston Food Bank to separate, sort and package food.
Connecticut -- Club members will serve food at a New Haven soup kitchen.
Chicago -- Alumni will volunteer at the "Perk Up the Park" event in Wicker Park.
Philadelphia -- Club members will volunteer at Philabundance, the food bank of Greater Philadelphia, to sort and package food.
Albany (Capital District) -- Alumni will volunteer at the Regional Food Bank to prepare items for distribution.
Central New Jersey -- Club members will volunteer at Elijah's Promise Soup Kitchen in New Brunswick.
Suncoast (Sarasota) -- Alumni will volunteer at the All Faiths Food Bank major fund-raising event.
South Florida -- Club members will volunteer at the Boca Helping Hands food bank.
Indianapolis - Alumni will volunteer at Habitat for Humanity working in their retail store to stock shelves and help with inventory.
Fort Myers - Club members will take middle school children to the Minnesota Twins spring training baseball game. They will also work with their local Habitat for Humanity.
South Floria - Alumni will volunteer at the local food bank, Boca Helping Hands where they help prepare, serve, and cleanup.
Arizona - Alumni will serve dinner at St. Vincent de Paul's main dining room in Scottsdale.
ROTC - The club will donate books as well as a monetary contribution for books in support of literacy for children living in Iraq.
